Many people mistake depression for sadness and sadness for depression because they share many similarities. In both, People feel
How ever the main difference is that
- Lost
- complain of alienation (Detached) from their normal lives and cry
"People have specific reasons for their sadness,Whereas the depressed people may not have one."
Sad person can give reasons like:
The loss of job
Breaking up in relationship etc..,
Many people lack clarity on this. Both the things are common among most of us.
"The reason depression and sadness are closely linked is that Depression is sadness where the cause has been unconsciously forgotten to protect you from overwhelming feelings of loss and pain."
Talk therapy would help to get rid of the depression
But Helping the people with depression would be a fine idea. when helping them these things would work better with them:"People who are depressed need someone to listen to them, someone to support them. They need to speak to someone because, it can be solved by 'fixing the brain chemistry'."
- Listen- Helpt the person come to a state where they can accept that they have an issue.
- Identify- Hlep the person come to a state where they feel comfortable identfiying that issue.
- Empower- help the person gain their sense of worth and value, and help them see how they have the power ot come out of it all.
- Address- Find a solution to their depression by one of the three solutions given above. Do not be too judmental about them.
"Don't speak Negatively about yourself or someone, even as a joke. Body doesn't know the difference but mind does.Words are energy and cast spells: that's why it's called a SPELLING."
Don't Ever try talking negative about you or others because that negative thought is going to be a weapon that you are creating against you.
"Changing the way you speak to yourself and others, Changes the way you think and thus changes the way you live and your life"

#You are loved
Try things like this in day to day these are positive statements which help us to overcome self-defeat and negative thoughts.
As many say :- our thoughts become our words, our words become our actions & our actions become our character.
"Many negative thoughts hover around our minds like many birds in the sky, don't allow those birds to have a nest in you."
#We don't need an Unwanted guest to our meal
It is not only important to make one self physical fit but we have to think of rewiring of mind as well otherwise you, me and anyone out there could be a prey for this depression.
3 ways to avoid feeling depressed:
- Sleep ( a Sound sleep can help with this feeling)
- Maintaining Health
- Diet ( Eating Healthy, fresh food would make us refreshing)
